If you do nothing during your visit but browse through the web site, read pages, or download information, we will gather and store certain information about your visit automatically. We collect personally identifiable information (name, email address, shipping address and telephone numbers) only if specifically and knowingly provided by you. We do not share the information you give us with any other any private or public organizations, unless you opt in at the time you register on our site.

Our web site has links to other federal agencies. We also link to other organizations’ web sites when we have a good business reason to do so. This does not constitute an endorsement of their policies or products. Once you link to another site, you are subject to the privacy policy of the new site.

We ensure that our web site remains available to all users by using a computer system that employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. Pages containing sensitive information are encrypted with 128 bit High-grad SSL Encryption.  Encryption makes it very difficult for unauthorized people to view information traveling between computers. It is therefore very unlikely that anyone will read pages with your personal information as it travels across the network.

Cookies

Our site uses 3 types of cookies (apache sessions, interchange sessions & AdCycle tracking), but none contain any of your personal information.  The first two types of cookies are temporary and only exist as long as your browser is open and they are never written to your hard drive.  The other cookie is written to your hard drive and expires after 30 days.
